Limonli keks (lemon drizzle cake)

Limonli keks Britaniyada paydo bo‘lgan keks bo‘lib, u birinchi marta 1967 yilda tayyorlangan. Hozirda limonli keks Britaniyaliklarning sevimli keksiga aylangan. Bu keksni tayyorlash juda oson, mazasi esa ajoyib, esda qoladigan bo‘ladi. Marhamat retsept bilan tanishing.

Kerakli mahsulotlar (2 dona 1 litrli keks uchun):

  • 250 gr sariyog‘ (xona haroratida)
  • 4 dona tuxum
  • 250 gr shakar
  • 200 ml sut yoki qatiq
  • 250 gr un
  • 1.5 choy qoshiq razrixlitel
  • 2 dona limonning zesti
  • 1 choy qoshiq limon sharbati

Sirop uchun:

  • 75 ml limon sharbati
  • 75 gr mayda shakar yoki shakar kukuni

Ustini bezash uchun (xohishga qarab):

  • 50 gr shakar kukuni
  • 1-2 choy qoshiq limon sharbati
  • Yarimta limonning zesti

Idishda sariyog‘ va shakarni mikser yordamida aralashtirib oling. Endi tuxumlarni bir donadan solib aralashtirishda davom eting.

Uning ustiga qatiq yoki sutni qo‘ying. Limonning sharbatini ham qo‘shing.

Alohida idishda un, tuz, razrixlitel va limonning zestini aralashtirib oling.

Endi bu aralashmani sariyog‘li aralashmaga qo‘shing.

Endi xamirni yog‘langan yoki fergament qog‘ozi solingan qolipga quying (men ikkita 1 litlrli qolipdan foydalandim).

Limonli keksni 180°Cda qizib turgan duxovkada 25-30 minut davomida pishiring.

Keksni pishib chiqqanligini gugurt cho‘pi bilan tekshiring.

Limonli keks uchun sirop tayyorlash

75 ml limon sharbati va 75 gr mayda shakarni aralashtirib oling. Endi bu aralashmani issiq keksning ustiga qo‘ying.

Keks sovigach uning ustini xohishga qarab bezating. Buning uchun shakar kukuniga ozgina limon sharbatini oz-ozdan  qo‘shing va aralashtiring. Endi bu aralashmani sovigan keksning ustiga quying.  Eng tepasiga limonning zestini seping.

Limonli keks tayyor, uni kesib dasturxonga torting.

E’tibor qiling:

Agar xamirga qatiq emas, sut ishlatayotgan bo‘lsangiz, sutga 3-4 tomchi limon sharbati qo‘shib yuboring va 2-3 minut tindiring. Bu jarayon sutni biroz achitadi va keks mayin bo‘lishiga yordam beradi.
